Megan found this while packing up her room in Stuart, FL for her new upcoming move to Chatt. (with all of the rest of them). I thought it was very amusing.
My parents are going to Alaska this coming week (for 3 weeks). I"m very jealous. Tim and i are doing the usual; school, work, movies, oh and i'm making a quilt. Here is a little of what has been done so far. i'll try and post soon the whole quilt pattern. it's fun, but very time consuming.

Last spring break my dad and i went to Cedar key to go sailing while our respective spouses went to moscow and school. It was very pleasant and relaxing. The old Dove Key hadn't been out for ages.

The Dove Key is known for its odd shape, function, and advertisements (i'll try to find one). It cruises very slowly, has leeboards, windows for rowing, and can ride on about 8 inches of water.

Because it has been such a long time since this boat has been sailed, its sail has become multicolored from the sun, which makes for beautiful pictures.

Our nightly view from behind the original Cedar Key, which was depopulated b/c of a hurricane many years ago.
I promised my dad that i would have our sailing pictures up today, however, photoshop is not cooporating. I will try again tomorrow. sorry!
by the way (we'll talk more about this tomorrow) but we'll need to start reading Deut. 2 (for my silent family that doesn't want to converse of the blog!!)
I saw 'Brazil' (Cambridge recommended). Cannon, I wish I could be there when you guys discuss it.

These are a few pictures of the boys 'Canadian Reunion' trip which is in place each year. It now has one girl, myself. I am hoping to have more sometime (hint, hint). It was a really pleasant relaxing trip together. It was a great blessing to fellowship with them. Thank you for inviting me.
I wanted everyone to know what is happening in our life. tim and i are presently spending this weekend with his fam here in atl. doing all of the fun stuff we love in atl. We've been to jake's, tamirand, flying biscuit, ansley wine merchant, and our new addition harvest. harvest is the place that I got a waiting job this summer. it's a fun place to work with really cool staff members and a neat house set up, but it's strange also. It's a little disorganised and therefore does not facilitate a very productive working environment. The chef, however, has some of the most unique great flavors around.
They came tonight, my 8-top. Emily Eckard included in the 8. it was nice to have family and friends to visit with the entire evening. We tried 3 wines (shh, don't tell my boss) They were Cote du Rhones, i'll have to get back to you about the exact wines tomorrow, they were very very good though.

This is for my dear friend megan whispering the graphite attiring our get-away car. She doesn't have a single picture of the two of us together, so if all goes correctly, i'll give her two. They are both ones from tim and my wedding (that's all that I have). Taken by the wonderful Cannon Kirby. I suppose i've been thinking about her lately, since she and I spent about 6 days together in stuart, fl (her stomping ground) exploring the beaches, turtles, 11th Maple St., and hymn sings.
